The delicate beauty of midsummer roses blossoms in the sculptural Summer Night Rose hoop earrings. Suspended from sleek, understated hoops, the charms feature three roses joined together.

The gold-plated bronze hoop is 2.5 mm thick, with an inner diameter of 20 mm. A small stopper (4 mm in diameter) at the open end of the hoop prevents the charms threaded onto it from accidentally falling off. Stud fastening, silver post and butterfly back.

You can also slide the rose charms off the hoops and wear them as pendants on a chain of your choice. The charms are not mirror images of each another.

The Summer Night Rose hoop earrings are sold exclusively in Kalevala's own stores and webshop. They are also available in silver.

The Summer Night Rose by Anni Ruuth was inspired by the magic of midsummer nights, the frail beauty of fragrant roses, and the haunting lines of Saima Harmaja’s (1913-1937) poetry.

Care instructions for bronze jewelry

Bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and zinc which
tarnishes faster than precious metals. The new bronze jewelry has a jewelry protector
varnish surface that prevents the jewelry from darkening. With the Kalevala cleaning cloth, you can
polishes areas that have dimmed if the protective varnish has worn off.
After cleaning, it's a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water, so as not to damage the cloth
the cleaning agent inside stains clothes.
