The delicate beauty of midsummer roses blossoms in the sculptural Summer Night Rose series. This earring features two roses joined together. Width 20 mm, height 13 mm. Stud fastening behind the larger rose element. The earrings are not mirror images of each other. The two-part Summer Night Rose earrings are sold exclusively in Kalevala's own stores and webshop. Also available in bronze.

The Summer Night Rose by Anni Ruuth was inspired by the magic of midsummer nights, the frail beauty of fragrant roses, and the haunting lines of Saima Harmaja’s (1913-1937) poetry.

Care instructions for silver jewelry

Kalevala silver jewelry is handcrafted in Finland from sterling silver. More than 99% of the silver we use is recycled.

Over time, all silver jewelry darkens. Darkening can be prevented by regular cleaning and proper storage of the jewelry. Dark spots can be removed with a Kalevala cleaning cloth. After cleaning, it is a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water so that the cleaning agent does not stain the clothes. The cleaning cloth is not suitable for cleaning stones set in silver jewelry.

It is good to keep the jewelry in its original packaging. Additional protection for jewelry without
against the darkening effect of impurities is provided by a tight plastic bag.
